My Martial Arts Life took birth in the year 1987 with Shotokan Karate. Later i was a Green Belt. I could not continue as the Master left India. Then in the Year 1989 some where in the month of Apr/May I was blessed by almighty with a perfect guru named Babu T Raghu. I started learning from him Taekwondo a Korean Art. Then onwards I was I never stopped, persistently and consistently I was with my guru. I am really greatful to God that he came in my life and the whole life became colorful. My Dream came true.I started teaching Taekwondo from the year 1991 and till date I have never stopped teaching and learning. I took black belt from TFI in the year 1995. Later on I was Instructor for Zen Academy established by my Guru. Later the academy was named as Sailum. I taught martial arts at Adampur, Awantipur, Bangalore, Nal Bikaner, Bhuj & Chennai. Presently I am at Chennai. It was great experiments of my Master to work with martial arts in the higher ranges of Himalayas. I was fortunate and teamed up with him for almost 10 expedition which you can see in my adventure blogspot (hawrangadventure.blogspot.in). So its fantastic to live with a ounce of martial art & adventure everyday and share with those who come across. According to my Guru "Achieving a standard is easy but maintaining a standard is difficult". I am trying to live by these words. Blog will have all info regarding my life in martial arts from 1989-till date. I sincerely thank my Parents, Guru, Brothers, Sisters, students, colleagues and their families and above all Sudha Sanjibanee my wife being inspiration to work in all these years. My most motivating factor is my two dynamic sons i.e Kalinga & Aryan.
ZEN
Whatever happened, it happened for good. Whatever is happening, is happening for good. Whatever that will happen, it will be for good. What have you lost for which you cry? What did you bring with you, which you have lost? What did you produce, which has destroyed? You did not bring anything when you were born. Whatever you have, you have received from Him. Whatever you will give, you will give to Him. You came empty handed and you will go the same way. Whatever is yours today was somebody else’s yesterday and will be somebody else’s tomorrow. Change is the law of the universe.
